We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of all information provided to us and hope that this is reciprocated.

At Thornbury Swing Band, we only process information necessary to establish or maintain details of those who play in the band and support the band, and to carry out our sole function as a ‘not-for-profit’ band making music to raise money for good causes.

We:

(i) only process information necessary to provide or administer activities for people who play in Thornbury Swing Band or have regular contact with us or who engage our services as a band or whose services we engage

(ii) we only hold information about individuals that is necessary for item (i) above

(iii) the personal data we process is restricted to personal information that is necessary for item (i) above.
